When I was a little girl, my mother used to chastise me for always opening up the new milk when there was one already open. I guess my passion for everything fresh started at a very young age and continues on today in my business! Now I express that passion with fresh food prepared daily by employees who truly love what they do and genuinely care about the Nibbley's reputation.

My name is Debra Caldwell, and I came to Klamath Falls in 1998 and happened across a little cafe for sale called Nibbley's. I visited it a few times and fell in love with Nibbley's, and as they say the "die was cast!" I am proud to say it has lived up to my highest of expectations. Nibbley's is truly a special place, from the amazing clients to my most wonderful and loyal employees; I am blessed.

This year my blessings were compounded by being voted "Best of the Road" by the Oregon Rand McNalley Road Atlas--truly one of the proudest of my life and a true validation to all of my hard work.

I would personally like to welcome you to the new Nibbley's website. I hope that when you visit Nibbley's Cafe or Nibbley's on the Green you too will see and taste the difference, from the decor to the service and the food.
